I have the right to deny any commission for any reason. An explanation may be given but is not owed.

!! PAYMENT !!

^{- Commissions under $15 must be paid upfront and in full.}^{- Commissions over $15 must be paid half upfront and half before the finished product is delivered.}^{- Payments are done through Paypal or Cashapp via invoice/request.}^{- All prices are in USD.}

!! USAGE !!

^{- Commissions are for personal use only and may not be resold. In the event of a character itself being sold, additional art from myself, Quarky, can not be included in the pricing.}^{- You are not permitted to use my work for NFTs or AI production.}^{- No watermarks are to be removed unless the fee ($5) has been paid.}^{- Watermarked or not, please credit me! A link to any of my accounts should suffice just fine, it's greatly appreciated.}^{- Commissions purchased from me cannot be used for merchandise or other commercial uses under any circumstances.}^{- Overall, be respectful with my work.}

!! CANCELLATION !!

^{- I have the right to cancel a commission at any point and for any reason. An explanation likely will be given but is not owed.}^{-You also have the same right to cancel a commission at any point and for any reason, you do not owe me an explanation.}

!! REFUNDS !!

^{- In the event of a cancelation from either side, a refund may be given.}^{- Refunds will not be given if the commission is already completed.}^{- If the cancelled commission was over $15, the work is already finished, and the second payment has not yet been received, I will just keep the upfront payment if you cancel.}^{- If refunded, the work that has been done will not be handed over, as it is no longer paid for.}^{- Please keep in mind that artwork takes time, time I need to be paid for.}

!! PROCESS !!

^{- When the commission is received and accepted, I will contact you for more information.}^{- When I have the information I need, I will get a concept sketch to you as soon as possible. This is prime time to request any changes!}^{- After the concept sketch, I will send various updates at different stages in the process. This of course includes the final sketch, linework, etc}^{- All updates sent will be low quality and watermarked for my protection}^{- Commissions, depending on workload and life circumstances, will take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. I will alert you if this changes!}

!! OTHER INFO !!

^{- Unless I am given explicit permission, I will not use your commissioned work in any kind of professional portfolio, nor will I post it on social media or use it as an example on my website}^{- You can change your mind about where I can post your commission at any time! Reach out and I will always take it down from wherever you ask me to.}^{- If I am given permission to post the commission to my socials, I will alert you once it's been posted}
